My Approach

I want to help you improve how you feel about yourself and how you handle your stress, emotions and challenges.  My therapeutic approach is authentic, supportive, empowering and evidence-based.  I utilize cognitive behavior therapy (the gold standard of therapy) in our sessions.

Together, we will explore areas of your life and develop goals for things you want to work on. I will make you feel safe enough to explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you may develop insight into understanding yourself better.  This greater self-understanding combined with learning new ways of thinking and behaving can result in making lasting changes in your life.

Each session is tailored to what you need that specific week, while also keeping sight of our larger goals.  I care deeply about my clients and you will find me to be very committed to your care.  Make the investment in yourself and work with me. I would be honored to help you on your journey.
